1. Contact StayVue

For account access, setup, backup questions, bugs and general product help, email support@getstayvue.com. For purchase or refund requests, email billing@getstayvue.com. You can also submit feedback from Settings or the expired-trial payment screen.

2. What is included

Every software plan includes help guides and standard email support for the purchased product: account access, core feature use and troubleshooting reproducible issues. Support is asynchronous; no specific response time, continuous monitoring or 24-hour emergency service is promised.

3. What to include

Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, your browser/device, and the time of the issue. Include your purchase reference for payment concerns. Share a screenshot only after removing tenant details or other information we do not need. Never send your password, recovery key, full card number or an unredacted rental database.

4. Records and recovery

You control your rental records and backups. Keep a checked recovery copy and your recovery key separately. We can help explain the recovery steps, but cannot decrypt records without an encryption key we do not hold or recover files that were never backed up. Account-password recovery is separate from decrypting an older workspace backup.

5. Service limits

Custom spreadsheet cleanup or migration, bookkeeping, tax or legal advice, managing tenants and on-site assistance are not included in standard support. StayVue does not collect rent or act as an emergency property service. Contact the relevant emergency or property service directly for urgent safety issues.

6. Updates and third-party services

A one-time purchase licenses the purchased version and plan. Future paid major upgrades are optional and will be identified before purchase. External cloud and email features depend on their providers, accounts and permissions. We do not promise perpetual external-service compatibility or unlimited bespoke assistance.
